Established in 2013 and located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, we are a micro and small enterprise focusing on the production of rail transit vehicle accessories, as well as providing precision sheet metal and equipment frame processing services.

Industrial Positioning

As a core supporting enterprise of CRRC Guangdong Co., Ltd., we are settled in the Guangdong Rail Transit Industrial Park. We mainly supply key components such as aluminum alloy floor panels, air ducts and water baffles for CRH6 intercity EMUs and urban rail vehicles, and have participated in major projects including Shenzhen Metro Line 13. Besides rail transit business, we also provide supporting component processing services for Alexander Dennis bus company.

Business Scope

In addition to manufacturing aluminum alloy floor panels and passenger car accessories for rail transit vehicles and buses, we provide one-stop precision sheet metal and custom equipment frame processing services, covering customized production of new energy charging pile cabinets, energy storage cabinets, data center cabinets and semiconductor equipment racks. Our business scope also includes metal stamping parts, tooling and mold manufacturing, as well as sales of plastic raw materials and building materials, covering the whole industrial chain of R&D, production and maintenance.

1. Operating Data

We have a registered capital of RMB 30 million with fully paid-in capital of RMB 30 million. We had 98 to 105 employees participating in social insurance in 2025.
Our factory covers a total land area of 33.5 mu, equipped with standardized production workshops, independent warehouse areas and complete supporting facilities, which enables us to guarantee large-scale production capacity, stable order delivery and flexible scheduling for bulk and small-batch customized projects. Our annual sales target is RMB 150 million with an annual tax profit target of RMB 15 million.

2. Technical Strength

We hold 17 patents and 2 software copyrights, and were awarded the titles of Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative SME and Technology-based SME in 2024.
Adopting lightweight aluminum alloy vehicle body technology, we supply components for autonomous driving trains such as Shenzhen Metro Line 13 and bus manufacturers including Alexander Dennis, and deliver high-quality sheet metal and frame customized solutions for the new energy, data center and semiconductor industries.
