Fiber‑Laser Cutting Machine
We are equipped with German TRUMPF TruLaser 1030, Han’s 3015F, HS‑G3015X and HS‑G6025H fiber‑laser cutting machines with 3000W, 6000W and 12000‑W laser power.
Cutting‑thickness range:
‑3000W: Carbon‑steel ≤8 mm, stainless‑steel ≤6 mm, aluminum ≤5 mm
‑6000W: Carbon‑steel ≤25 mm, stainless‑steel ≤16 mm, aluminum ≤20 mm
‑12000W: Carbon‑steel ≤40 mm, stainless‑steel ≤25 mm, aluminum ≤30 mm.
Our positioning accuracy reaches ±0.03 mm. Thin‑plate cutting tolerance is ±0.05‑0.15 mm, while thick‑plate tolerance is controlled within ±0.25 mm following ISO‑2768‑M standard.
We provide OEM laser‑cut components for rail‑transit equipment, lithium‑battery‑winding‑machines, energy‑storage cabinets and automation‑equipment frames.
CNC press brake
We are equipped with YAWEI PBA-500/6200 CNC press brake, with a maximum bending length of 6200mm and bending force of 500 tons. It can bend carbon steel sheets up to 12mm in full 6.2m length, and thick plates up to 20mm for shorter workpieces. We also have matching 3-meter and 4-meter YAWEI CNC press brakes for processing medium and small-sized workpieces, forming a complete bending equipment layout to cover all sizes of sheet metal parts from tiny fittings to oversized cabinet structures.
HISION GRU32‑II×100 CNC Double‑Column Machining Center
Our equipment lineup includes one HISION GRU32‑II×100 CNC Double‑Column Machining‑Center with a 35‑ton‑load‑bearing work‑table, handling work‑pieces up to 10 m × 3.2 m × 1.5 m. We also have one 10‑meter surface grinder, four sets of 5‑meter gantry‑type machining centers, seven small‑sized CNC machining centers and one 5‑axis profile‑processing center.

Our company has introduced Germany TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 CNC turret punch press to provide customers with high-precision sheet metal stamping and various forming processing services. We offer one-stop processing including precision punching, flanging, stretching, riveting and marking for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum plates and other materials. We accept both small-batch prototype sampling for new products and mass production orders. We have certified welding operators and follow ISO‑9606 welding qualification standards. We perform MIG‑welding, TIG‑welding for carbon‑steel, stainless‑steel and aluminum‑alloy workpieces.
